Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 Project, from conception through deployment and optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Develop and maintain agile project roadmaps with measurable KPIs and milestones
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Present progress and strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Champion risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project leadership with 5+ years managing complex tech initiatives
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices
- Experience leading teams focused on emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong background in budget management and stakeholder communication
- Track record of delivering projects with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management credentials
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
