Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for the 2026 initiative, aligning with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, Engineering, Sustainability) through agile methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints focused on next-gen automation and quantum computing applications
- Manage stakeholder relationships across C-suite, investors, and global partners
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for AI and ethical tech
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for multi-million dollar projects
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 5+ years in tech innovation or R&D
- Proven expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and complex stakeholder alignment
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing landscapes
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent advanced project management credentials
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members in high-growth environments
- Strong background in sustainable technology and ESG compliance frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans
