Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption readiness and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects exploring emerging market opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
