Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and academic research institutions
- Create predictive models for emerging tech adoption and regulatory landscapes
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative technology solutions
- Present future-state visions to C-suite stakeholders and investor forums
- Mentor talent in emerging tech certification pathways (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuro-interfaces)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or Spatial Computing
- Proven track record in patent generation and IP commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Technology Ethics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
