- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with organizational vision
- Drive cross-functional R&D projects from ideation to commercialization
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, technological, and environmental shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation portfolio prioritization and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation-led transformations
