Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen products with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to inform long-term R&D priorities
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members with measurable ROI projections
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across 15+ enterprise divisions
- Mentor a team of 8+ futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong financial modeling skills for R&D portfolio valuation
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
