Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends (2025-2030)
- Strong background in AI/ML implementation at scale
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term projects
