- Direct R&D teams to achieve 3x faster innovation cycles than industry benchmarks
- Secure partnerships with top academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present annual innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $15M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global partnerships
