- Partner with R&D to accelerate breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and secure buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 initiatives
- Build an internal innovation lab to foster experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, IoT, and biotech convergence
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
