- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Translate complex market insights into actionable product requirements
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP validation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and scaling
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Design Thinking methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation launches (3+ case studies)
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
