- Partner with product teams to integrate innovations into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, IXL)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
