Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological breakthroughs

- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent innovation credentials
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects with measurable impact
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
