Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future-state visions into tangible product roadmaps
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams executing next-generation technology pilots
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and social disruption vectors
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy execution
- Expertise in agile methodologies for long-term innovation cycles
