Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Identify emerging tech trends through global research partnerships and patent analysis
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough innovations with $500M+ potential
- Secure federal grants and private funding for experimental projects
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global partnerships
- Portfolio of at least 3 patented innovations
