Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutes
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype-to-production pipelines
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or carbon capture tech
- Executive experience in scaling innovation programs (>$50M budgets)
- Published research or patents in future-relevant domains
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with policy frameworks governing 2030+ technologies
