Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 global sustainability targets
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring long-term impact and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
- Partner with R&D teams to translate strategic visions into technical specifications
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience developing ESG frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
