Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Startup methodology
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 5+ countries
- Strong network with venture capitalists and academic research institutions
