Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, advanced AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable product strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in future-facing initiatives
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with data-driven scenarios
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web4.0, quantum AI, neurotech)
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Blue Ocean Strategy or TRIZ
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with C-suite presentation experience
