Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026 product ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to align innovation priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Manage annual $2M+ innovation budget allocation
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record launching future-facing products
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies for R&D
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
