Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and R&D hubs
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
