Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional incubators for future-proof products with minimum 5-year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies and societal disruptors
- Design implementation frameworks for ethical AI adoption in regulated industries
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'Future Literacy' program
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders through immersive future simulations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Published research in emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of forward-looking solutions
