Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities in next-gen tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for pilot programs
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade solutions in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience with Fortune 500 executives
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMP preferred
