Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INNOVA, CDIO) preferred
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives in enterprise environments
