Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation ecosystem with startups and academic partners
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future markets
- Drive organizational culture change to foster innovation mindset
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in emerging tech or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
