Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design strategic frameworks for sustainable exponential growth in volatile markets
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives at industry summits and board meetings
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists to maintain competitive foresight
- Author white papers on long-term technology adoption patterns and societal impacts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of influencing executive decisions through data-driven future scenarios
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at global forums (Davos, TED, etc.)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
