Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products using AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging business models
- Translate strategic vision into actionable product development plans with measurable KPIs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage portfolio of experimental projects with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with proven 5+ year planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational product launches or patent-pending innovations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with scenario planning expertise
- Experience leading cross-cultural, global teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation management
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., TRIZ, Systematic Innovation)
