Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investor committees
- Manage innovation portfolio lifecycle from ideation to market validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate innovation, R&D, or strategic consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting initiatives
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
