Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-digital convergence) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' reports predicting market disruptions and competitive threats
- Architect pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup experience
- Proven track record launching at least three market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
