Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s 3-year innovation strategy, identifying key technological milestones and deliverables.
- Emerging Tech Scout: Monitor global trends in AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech, and Sustainable Energy to forecast disruptive technologies.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee our internal R&D labs, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-Suite executives and product leaders to align futuristic vision with immediate business objectives.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous technical and financial feasibility studies to ensure innovative concepts can be successfully scaled.
- Thought Leadership: Represent FutureScale at industry conferences, publishing white papers on future trends and 2026 technology forecasts.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with a focus on emerging markets.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of next-gen technologies including Generative AI, Web3, and advanced automation.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-budget innovation projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
