Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile and design thinking methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech projects from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
