Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2028)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing AI/ML prototypes for next-gen applications
- Drive research in quantum computing applications and neural interface systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior innovators in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
