- Identify emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI) and integrate into product roadmaps
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Mentor 10+ engineers in future-proof development methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with ESG and sustainability mandates
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ filings in next-gen tech domains by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership, with 5+ years in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale environments
- Proven track record launching products that achieved $100M+ ARR in emerging tech verticals
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Strong patent portfolio (10+ granted) or published research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ while maintaining innovation velocity
- Certification in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
