- Monitor emerging tech patents and regulatory landscapes

- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent quantum/AI expertise
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and metaverse infrastructure
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
