Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology initiatives, including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Identify and validate emerging market opportunities through trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and stakeholders for investment decisions
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver proof-of-concept and MVP milestones
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for co-development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, PDMA) preferred
- Experience working in agile or rapid prototyping environments
