- Manage R&D portfolio with $15M+ annual budget allocation
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab of 15+ specialists
- Secure industry partnerships and $50M+ in venture funding for key projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Global patent portfolio with minimum 15 granted innovations
