Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation leadership, R&D, or strategic technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
