Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration and synthetic biology applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives bridging AI, nanotechnology, and neuro interfaces
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling innovation proposals to executive stakeholders
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and global quantum research consortia
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureVision Fellowship program
- Author white papers on paradigm-shifting technologies for IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithm design, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience scaling tech innovations from prototype to global deployment
- Strong network within IEEE ACM, or similar technical associations
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) preferred
