- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global tech consortiums
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven success in scaling disruptive products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or Web3 infrastructure design
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on AI/ML advancements with 500+ citations
- Track record of securing $3M+ in government innovation grants (SBIR, NSF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with focus on emerging technologies
- Experience building metaverse SDKs or decentralized identity protocols
