Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling innovation programs to $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Successful P&L management for R&D divisions
