- Lead cross-functional teams through complex innovation sprints using agile futures methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge R&D
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior talent in futures thinking and technology foresight techniques
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across executive, technical, and creative domains
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
