Responsibilities

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive commercialization of prototype technologies through agile development cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact on industry standards and user adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining AI/quantum products
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong background in agile development and commercialization processes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
