Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-adjacent technologies (quantum computing integration, climate-positive AI, neuro-interfacing)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and regulatory frameworks
- Drive patent strategy for emerging tech domains (minimum 3 patents/year)
- Establish industry-first standards for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI
- Partner with global governments on future policy frameworks
- Lead annual FutureTech Summit (hosting 10,000+ attendees)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ patents or major product launches
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic)
- Proven track record scaling innovation teams (50+ personnel)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (e.g., IEEE 7001)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global partnerships
