- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts

- Secure and manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental initiatives
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investors

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive products (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong network with Silicon Valley research institutions
