Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive innovation strategies aligned with company's 5-year vision and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) in executing pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Create technology roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ tech roadmap experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated success in scaling innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional leadership abilities managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Track record of securing partnerships and funding for transformative projects
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Innovation Leadership) highly desirable
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling for tech ecosystems
