- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing patent-pending solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Secure $5M+ in venture capital and government grants for futuristic R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global innovation ecosystems
- Mentor 15+ engineers/researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Present breakthroughs at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
- Drive commercialization of 2026-era technologies through agile development cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ISO 20700)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and international innovation awards
- Certification in Futurist Studies (ACF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
