Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/sustainable)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
