Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable technology adoption
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and exponential thinking
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in technology, engineering, or innovation management
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or exponential growth
- Experience scaling teams in fast-moving tech ecosystems
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, ExO)
