- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Build and mentor high-performance innovation teams with diverse expertise
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching futuristic technologies (AI, IoT, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
