Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026-focused R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for future-focused projects
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 8+ specialists in emerging technology domains
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio of 3+ successfully commercialized futuristic technologies
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (FFM) from World Future Society
