- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of creative experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Methodology preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
